Agreement to terms
By using Planna, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The service
Planna AI is an AI-assisted calendar and task app: calendar sync, an AI chat and voice assistant, reminders, optional phone-call reminders, and daily briefs.
Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Planna. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Subscriptions & payment
- Planna Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings — Planna can’t cancel it for you.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not directly by Planna.
- If you subscribe through the App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked at the bottom of this page.
AI features
- Planna’s assistant uses a third-party AI provider to interpret your requests and suggest scheduling actions. AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete — you’re responsible for reviewing what you confirm before it’s applied to your calendar.
- Notifications and phone-call reminders are provided on a best-effort basis; Planna doesn’t guarantee delivery or exact timing, so don’t rely on them for anything time-critical or safety-related.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Planna for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or impersonate someone else.
Your content
You own the calendar, task, and other content you put into Planna. You give us a license to process it solely to provide and improve the service for you.
Termination
You can stop using Planna and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- Planna is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planna and its developer aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Planna changes. Continuing to use Planna after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws say otherwise.
